 Absolutely automatic production has no analogs not only in Russia, but also in Europe. Main technological lines (producers – “Soudronic”, Switzerland / “Lanico”, Germany, “Clevertech”, “Bonfiglioli”, Italy) – are the best lines, produced by these companies.
Line’s speed is 320 cans per minute, allows to produce up to 100 000 000 cans a year.
Size range consists of 20 can types, height from 96 to 245mm and volume from 100 to 500ml. Can’s diameter – 45, 49 and 52mm.
We offer our customers the widest variants of lithography (up to 9-10 colours), and also special tinplate surfacing for unlithographed cans (“Silver Finish” – silver, “Mate” – mate).
Inner lacquer coating, two-sided lacquering of welding seam, possibility to use special PET coatings for can components – everything puts our can on the line of elite packages for aerosol products.
We can’t help mentioning that we test 100% cans for airtightness (vacuum tester built in the line, computer control). Cans’ sizes completely correspond Euro standards FEA 201.214 (Before starting production cans-samples successfully passed 6-months tests in Schwarzkopf laboratories in Germany).
We use only import high-quality materials and components for producing cans (German tinplate, tops, bottoms, lacquers).
Aerosol cans are shipped in a good package, which can protect cans from any possible damages while transporting, unloading, bad weather.
